This course will provide an overview of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method in project management. Learners will learn about the benefits and application of WBS, including how to use it to decompose a project into smaller, manageable tasks and to organize and plan project work. They will also learn how to create a WBS using a deliverable-oriented approach, and how to use a WBS to develop a project schedule and budget. Additionally, participants will learn about the importance of involving stakeholders in the WBS process, and how to use the WBS as a tool for monitoring and controlling project progress. This course is designed for project managers, team leaders, and anyone involved in project planning and execution.
